Commercial mediation.

The aim of commercial mediation is to support companies involved in a dispute to help them defuse or solve the issue.

This is valid for all inter-company disputes (debt collection difficulties, invoice dispute, etc.) or disputes within a company.

Finding a compromise can sometimes be the most appropriate solution. Mediation is an amiable way of settling disputes which must allow both parties to reach a mutual agreement.

The mediator, who is neither judge nor referee, is present during these meetings to give you advice, present the objectives and explain how mediation takes place.
